Kristin was the best we could ask for as first time home buyers. She was patient as we went to see over 30 houses, helped us think through our decisions and focus on our top priorities. Through out the process she was extremely communicative, responding to all our questions and even taking calls on the weekend. She fought for our requests and helped to get us to a fair resolution on the house we ended up closing on as well as supported us as we backed out of the initial house we were interested in. As I was out of state for most of the process she was there every step of the way and went the extra mile to help make the closing process go smoothly. She fought hard to make sure every item on our objection resolution was properly taken care of.
