Kristin helped the reviewer sell this property

Efficient, and very understanding

We hired Kristin when our mother passed away and decided we need to sell her home. It was a very emotional time for all the kids. She understood that and walked us through everything. None of us lived in the area, if we needed any inspection she was able to help. I was in the business on the mortgage side so I knew some of what was expected during this process but she went above and beyond. She even would install the smoke detectors, would meet the estate people there and let them in, hired cleaners after it was over. I would use Kristin again in a heartbeat or recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor.
