Kristin helped in both the sale of our home and the buying of our new place. She was on point for the timing and 'how to' appropriatlely stage our home to get top dollar in this market. She went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of in a timely manner and a lot of times represented us when we were not able to attend certain meetings or timelines. Not every realtor makes you feel like you are their top priority and Kristin did that thru the entire buying and selling process.
