Kristin has done marvelous job buying our home in a difficult market, seeing through a challenging evaluation & deal. We have very specific requirements, with I and my wife pulling in conflicting directions. I want a resort like home amongst mature trees in a hilly area. She wants a spacious pristine home with shiny appointments close to friends and kin. Kristin patiently paraded us through many many houses which may appeal to both of us; prepared bids with laser focus based on her grasp of market conditions. Finally we found a house we both liked, but home inspection pointed out "apparent problems" which needed close examination. Kristin, forging a great rapport with the buyers agent, addressed our concerns and skillfully orchestrated the tricky back and forth negotiations. She introduced us to experienced foundation professionals who gave a detailed evaluation, threw more light on the apparent problems and how we can solve them. The deal was a see-saw battle all along, but she has been with us throughout the process, making sure we landed in the fabulous home we are in now, unbelievable!

Kristin is on her game 100%. She advocates for her clients and was very efficient and timely throughout the entire experience. Her skills drawing up a contract are the only reason we are living in the house we are today (multiple offers, but ours was chosen specifically because of the wording of the contract). She became a friend throughout the short professional time we spent together and a later came to visit and meet our new baby.
