By the end of closing on our home we felt that Kristin was part of our family. From the very beginning she made us feel like we were her only clients. The time frame we were given from photos to key exchange was absolutely on point. We were out of state when the house went on the market and for the open house. Kristin kept in contact with us every step of the way. We got multiple offers over asking in one day! Whenever we had a question she got back to us immediately with the answer. She knew what to say to me to calm me down many of times ( it was hard for me not being there) and she was right everything went perfect and I do mean perfect. She made this experience painless.

I can't say enough positive things about Kristin! We had the pleasure of working with her to buy and sell a home. Both experiences definitely had their rough patches and Kristin was such an encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful agent throughout the processes. She helped us look for homes and do virtual tours while my husband and I were in 2 separate time zones both hundreds of miles outside of Michigan. She helped us work through difficult mortgage and seller issues. She also helped us navigate the sale of our home while mother nature caused multiple issues. Sometimes it seemed like the universe was continually testing us and her-- and she never flinched! Only provided tips and advice while calming our very anxious minds.
