Kristin was referred by a friend that had used her several times. We "interviewed " a few other agents, but knew right away Kristin was the best for us. Not only did she give us good advice on how and what to improve our profit. She has the best contacts as well. We used her photographer, roofing company, and her cleaning team. I truly can not say enough about how hard she works to make sure your sale/ purchase goes as smooth as possible. She took so much stress off of me with the sale making sure she helped me get the house ready to list and had it sold with multiples offers over asking and went through everything with me in detail. She worked hard and got us 65K over list. The highest sale in my neighborhood actually. Then when it came to finding us a house she went above and beyond to go see homes for us and even when I wasn't available to see them due to work but she never wanted me to miss out on finding the home of my dreams. She sent me listings constantly and stayed in contact with me through every step. She truly cares about her clients and it shows.
