Kristin was amazing. She was thoughtful and incredibly helpful with her advice on how to approach the sale of our home while we were building our new home. Her experience was invaluable as this was my husband and I's first experience selling our home. She gave us advice that helped us maximize the sale price, as well as advice on properly staging the home for open houses. She is by far the most competent realtor that I ever worked with. I had multiple open houses a week, my house was marketed well, and the sound advice she gave me saved me money.
