Friendly, knowledgeable and caring
Kristin did all her homework before we met. She had duplicate documents allowing us to review the official documents while adding notes and questions to the duplicates. She arranged for us to look at other houses in the neighborhood so we had a sense of how much to ask and what we were competing against. Our house had a firm offer within 24 hours and she walked us through what to expect and when. Working with Kristin was easy and pleasurable.
