We came down to Southern Pines twice and viewed over 32 homes in a collective 3 days. She was amazing and understood our wants and needs immediately. She was extremely rapid in response to text messages and was three steps ahead of us at all times! Additionally, we had our kids with us both times. She not only kept them busy and kept an eye on them while we viewed homes, but my daughter now calls her Aunt. We loved working with Kristin and would do it again in a heart beat.....but we found our perfect home thanks to her....so we are staying put for awhile!

Kristen went over and beyond what most agents do. When we told her what we would like to start out asking price she did not laugh, discourage us she said "lets go for it". We did and we almost got asking price, just $10,000 under. Other agent a year or so would not listen or even consider our asking price. She was just interested in the comps!
