I am not generally a fan of Real Estate Agents as many are part timers who seem to have other things to do. However, Kristin has been exceptional in all aspects of buying and selling a total of 4 homes for us (2 buy, 2 sell). She is constantly in contact with us, was extremely responsive to our calls and took most of the hastles of real estate transactions away from us and onto her capable shoulders from search to iinspection to finance. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the houses that actually met our reuirements and taste without wasting our time. She was able to negotiate our multiple deals with the sellers and the buyers, keeping us up to date every step of the way through closing. Frankly, she changed my perception of the profession in a positive way. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSACTIONS.

We approached Kristin about selling our rental property and knew immediately she would be the perfect listing agent. She was proactive in running comps and discussing numbers based on her tour of the house and property. She had great suggestions and connections for some work that had to be done to maximize the selling price and some fixes that the buyer asked for after the inspection.
