Working with Kristin as our seller’s agent was an incredible experience. She demonstrated great understanding of the market and her marketing strategy was top-notch. Kristin handled every detail with professionalism and care, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed and confident at every stage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Kristin was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my home. She was always accommodating and went beyond what my expectations where. She was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt comfortable with leaving my home in her hands and knew she would do her best to secure a buyer with the terms we agreed upon.
Kristin has been amazing! We met a year ago and she patiently worked with us since then to find a house that checked every single one of our boxes as we did not have a deadline. She has been extremely responsive through every step of our purchase - especially with us being long distance buyers. It would not be possible to have a better home buying experience.
Kristin was great to work with. Even during the difficult parts of the sale process, she was wonderful. Offered great ideas and really cared. Kristin is a great Realtor and a wonderful person.
