Sawgrass was my personal residence so that sale was much more personal and involved. Kris always came through! She was knowledgable, confident and relatable. As I look back on the whole experience, the detail I think of most is that Kris seemed to have more faith in my property than I did! She was determined to get the max for my home! When I was getting frustrated and ready to accept , Kris countered for a better price. When I was worried about some specific detail, Kris explained why I needn't worry! I followed her lead, and I was led to a very satisfactory outcome. She was not only my realtor but also a friend. I'd go to her any time!
