The home buying experience was definitely a humbling experience for me and my husband. We went into it ignorant( for lack of better words) and with such high expectations. There were certain things we HAD to have and if we( well I LOL) didn’t have those things, the house wasn’t good enough. God sent Kristi our way ,as we were looking to rent. She was the realtor showing us a rental, once we got so discouraged with house searching. Her energy when she walked up was pleasant and genuine. She sparked up conversation and asked the right questions, and changed our whole perspective and we were back on the market looking for homes to buy. She was always so patient , understanding, punctual , communicative and REAL! If we sent a house , she was on top of it and we were looking at the house that day. If we liked a house and it was in a not so desirable area, she would let us know it was not worth it . She knew how important schools were for us, so again if we seen a house, but the school was not so good , she’d let us know. The conversation I’ll never forget is when we walked into a house and it was completely nothing that I wanted , and she sat down and told me “sometimes what we want is not what we need” those words gave me a different perspective on what really mattered to me and our family. It meant a lot because I didn’t feel like I was ever talking to realtor it was ALWAYS like talking to family. Kristi was and will forever be my favorite realtor! She’s the reason our family has a place to call HOME ❤️
