Kristin Granakis

I moved back to this area last year after serving 13 years in the US Army and spending an additional few years in Arizona and NYC. Even though I had grown up here, much had changed in the years that I was away. I was looking to settle down and upon a chance encounter, I ran into Kristin (we had attended high school together many years before). Upon hearing that I was looking for a home, she immediately began to assist me with my search. She was beyond knowledgeable of all the areas in which we looked which included two separate counties. She never once had to reference anything in order to answer my myriad of questions and she always responded to my calls or texts within an hour though most of the time it was within minutes. We found the perfect home for me inside of a month and within a month of that, the keys were in my hand. The entire experience for me was completely devoid of stress due to her experience, her knowledge, and her willingness to go the extra mile in order to accommodate me. This review asks if I would be likely to recommend her and the fact is that I already did. When my brother and sister in law told me that they were going to put their house on the market, I unhesitatingly gave them Kristin's number and she gave them the same incredible service and steadfast attention that she had given me, successfully selling their house. Kristin is an amazing realtor and just a kind and wonderful person. I will continue to recommend her in the future to anyone looking for a competent, integrity-driven, and compassionate realtor.
