We thought that our home would be on the market for a long time. To our surprise, Kristin had us off the market in less than a week! She also helped us transition into a new home. As seniors, we were so thankful for everything this wonderful woman did for us.

Although I put my home on the market at a bad time of year for selling (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) and moved into a retirement facility, Kristin was very understanding and sympathetic with my having to give up my home of 43 years and all of the memories associated with it. When the Pandemic broke out, we decided to take the house off the market until things eased up a bit. A garage or estate sale was out of the question so Kris and her husband helped me dispose of the personal items I couldn't take with me. While it was a very emotional time for me, she helped me in many ways. When the house was finally put on the market again, she was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed as to the progress. I appreciated her help and will recommend her for anyone I know who is selling their house.
