She went above and beyond when she found us a plumber on very short notice less then a week before closing. Even though she kept us in the loop with all the happenings, this really was a hands off deal for us. Her keen eye found a flaw in some papers sent to us right before we signed, saving time and effort it would have taken to get it fixed.
