Kristen was truly awesome. since I had high quality goals, modest budget and locations needs, Kristen had a difficult task. she hunted and hunted, took me to many homes, then viola, we found the right one. but alas, it was just under contract. so on we went, Kristen always with a smile and positive outlook. she knew I was disappointed at losing my "atrium" home. however while I went on vacation abroad, she kept on eye on the status of the "atrium" sale. when it appeared to be falling through she jumped on it.
