Kristin helped me with a difficult sale. The condo required extensive repairs and I live over 3000 miles away. Kristin was able to guide me through the necessary inspections and provide very good recommendations for contractors. She went above and beyond to help me, I don't know how I could have gotten done what I needed to get done without her help, given I could not visit the area frequently. She knows the market well and was able to find buyers, obtaining multiple bids, on the "fixer upper". I highly recommend Kristin Espersen.
