As soon as we told her we were looking we started visiting houses. We would go after work, on the weekends, etc. she worked really hard, listened to what we wanted and helped us find our dream house. We visited five or six houses within two weeks and even did three visits of the house we bought. We wanted to check water drainage after a giant storm as well. I highly recommend Kristin and would send all my friends her way!

Despite mutually agreeing on what we wanted in our home for the most part, (at least on most days), we each had a separate list of amenities that we wanted, along with the "must-haves". I'm sure we represented a challenge, perhaps a nightmare, for most agents.....but not for Kristen! She listened, advised, drove the miles, always knew what to say, and was 100% committed to finding us the home of our dreams......and she did!! She was knowledgeable, professional, personable, with outstanding communication skills!!!! But, she was also motivated and determined to find the perfect home for us. The process took months, but she remained focused, worked tirelessly, treated us like family, and became our friend along the way! We highly recommend her!!!

Kristen made us feel like family when it came to selling our home. She had all the answers to our questions and if she didn’t know she immediately found the answers. She made the entire process stress free and easy for us!

Kristin went out of her way to walk us through the whole process and explain each step. When she didn’t have an answer, she looked for one. She took her time and made sure we were informed and comfortable with everything.

I couldn’t imagine working with anyone but Kristin! She was our listing and buying agent. She answered every question I had and when she didn’t know the answer she didn’t pretend. She found out and was very patient with us through the whole process.

Kristin was very personable and understanding of our needs. She actually figured out what I really needed before I did! She also moonlights as a rockstar 🎸😉 Thanks Kristin you did a great job.
