I have nothing but excellent things to say about Kristin. I called her on a recommendation out of the blue because I found what I believed was the perfect home in a competitive neighborhood. Within 48-72 hours on the market she was able to angle us into the mix. She gave us excellent recommendations to stand out to the seller (and we did!!). We landed our dream home! She was also highly organized, kept us abreast of all the relevant details as they transpired and was able to secure nearly all of what we wanted from the seller. Kristin is an AMAZING realtor! Where do I begin, let me just start by saying she is a patient realtor. Not once did she give me a hard time, even though I felt I was asking a lot from her. My husband and were first time home owners with her and she made our first time an amazing experience. She worked around our schedule with us both having demanding jobs that require us to work long hours. She did not let this get in the way, we had tours scheduled on Sundays and during the week after hours. She gave us tours from Whittier to Buena Park down to Anaheim. Not once did I feel pressured to just choose a house. Her communication is fabulous between us the buyers, sellers and lender.
