Kristin Carvalho has been wonderful to work with. She listens and then she takes care of everything you ask. She gave me pointers and reminded me of delails I needed to take care of once my house sold that I had not thought of. Most of our dealings were long distance and she emailed or texted me daily with information about what was happening with the sale. Kristin is very thorough and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her!
