It was a fantastic experience working with Kristin. I had worked with her last year on rentals and reached out to her when we decided to buy a property. Bring first time property buyers, we had no idea what we were getting into and she helped us in every step of the way. She knows the different neighborhoods very well. We were in a competitive bidding situation, Kristin's suggestion for the offer was spot on and it was accepted immediately. She was also able to negotiate key repairs from the home inspection. She patiently guided us through the entire process and very patiently answered our zillion questions. She also provided recommendations on what would be the best move for us in situations. She was very proactive and always accessible for questions via email and phone. Best thing was she would give an advance heads up on a major milestone coming up.
