From the outset my husband and I were impressed with Kristin. Her knowledge of the neighborhood was second to none. She came highly recommended from a friend that used her so I had high expectations. She did not disappoint. Her friendly, warm demeanor kept her level headed and reasonable during challenging times during the process. She respected our wishes and was always there to listen to our thoughts. Her response time to texts/phone calls is almost immediate. She is a very busy woman, yet she makes you feel you are her only focus and intention. Her level of expertise is quite expansive and is not limited to the immediate neighborhood which is why she is my first "go to" person when I am ready to purchase!

My schedule was hectic returning home from a military deployment (Go Army) while coordinating a move from Florida but she made everything feel seamless. And yes, you read that right… I moved from Florida to New York! She was always available to answer questions and consistently connected me with the right local professionals to set me up for success. Her guidance and responsiveness made the stressful situation of a cross country purchase feel completely manageable. Everyone on her team was fantastic as well. We had an amazing experience working with Kristin and would absolutely give her 5 stars. She first helped me search for apartments in Long Beach a couple years ago, and even though I didn’t end up finding the right place, she spent so much time with me and was incredibly patient and supportive. When my fiancée and I started looking for a house in late 2024, working with Kristin again was an easy choice. She guided us through the entire home-buying process, was never pushy, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. I met Kristin in January of 2024 when I first viewed The Breeze. I believe I left a deposit that day & visited the site to follow the progress frequently. In every instance Kristin was available to answer questions intelligently, clearly & always pleasantly.
