My schedule was hectic returning home from a military deployment (Go Army) while coordinating a move from Florida but she made everything feel seamless. And yes, you read that right… I moved from Florida to New York! She was always available to answer questions and consistently connected me with the right local professionals to set me up for success. Her guidance and responsiveness made the stressful situation of a cross country purchase feel completely manageable. Everyone on her team was fantastic as well. We had an amazing experience working with Kristin and would absolutely give her 5 stars. She first helped me search for apartments in Long Beach a couple years ago, and even though I didn’t end up finding the right place, she spent so much time with me and was incredibly patient and supportive. When my fiancée and I started looking for a house in late 2024, working with Kristin again was an easy choice. She guided us through the entire home-buying process, was never pushy, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. I met Kristin in January of 2024 when I first viewed The Breeze. I believe I left a deposit that day & visited the site to follow the progress frequently. Kristin is the consummate professional who greatly assisted us in selling our vacation home in Long Beach, New York. As we reside in Libertyville, Illinois her local knowledge of the market, successful track record, relationships throughout the business and personal community proved invaluable in our getting an offer above our ask amount. Kristin supported us from the start of the process all the way through to Closing. She even met with inspectors, technicians, assessors, etc for us due to our being over 800 miles away. She handled every issue with professional aplomb and always had wise counsel throughout. Kristin and her husband, Greg, were and are absolutely fabulous and have our full endorsement!

Kristin did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of my home in Long Beach. I had run into some issues with the seller and Kristin was fabulous throughout the entire process. She was thorough, very easy to communicate with, punctual, professional, and extremely efficient in getting everything done properly. Kristin also has many connections within the community which made everything even easier. As a first time home owner she was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain anything I did not know or understand. She was kind the entire time and never made me feel like I was burdening her with too many questions. Kristin was also very honest and was never pushy.
