Do yourself a favor. She's the only agent you'll ever need. I was in a whole different state so I had to rely on her to look at the properties. Get my inspections done. Make sure they were done I was 5 hours away I had no worries she worked long hours never complained took the time to explain when I didn't understand. It was like a military operation she coordinated with the loan officer and the underwriters. I literally had to just read and sign. From the time I met her till the time I close was literally about 40 days. My next property I don't have to worry about who I'm going to call if you call her you won't have to worry about anything either great job two thumbs up
