I had a great experience working with Kristie. We were located in different states so that can present some challenges but Kristie made it seamless. Within a couple days of listing, I had my first offer and we went under contract. The potential buyers dropped out after a few days which can be a little stressful but It didn't take long before the house was under contract again thanks in large part to Kristie's efforts.
