Buy and Sell in Under a Year
I had the opportunity to work with Kristie for the first time last spring into the summer as she helped me purchase my first home. She showed us a number of houses and did her best to get us into a house that we not only loved but more importantly could afford and she did just that. Turn around to 7 months later and I needed to sell that house to move back home as my future wife and I were expecting a baby. She put the house up for sale and we had an accepted offer within 10 days and we ended up with a scenario where I even made a small profit off of the house. All in all, I would use Kristie as my Realtor again and again if I were still in the Dayton area.
