Kristie was a tremendous help to me with the purchase of my new home and the sale of my condominium. Her advice was very helpful and created a fair offer that was accepted on the first attempt! The sale price she picked for my condominium was competitive and (as she predicted correctly) was overbid by a significant margin! She was very responsive to my needs (especially when I was very nervous about the sale of my condominium) so I was not the easiest client to manage. Overall a very pleasant and profitable experience with Kristie.

We were anything but easy. We were looking for a very specific property and after 2 years she not only found just the perfect one for us, was able to sell our house to the first people who saw it! There were many speed bumps along the way but Kristie helped us navigate each and every one to pull it all together. Once our offer was accepted we closed in less than a month which is unheard of and have been enjoying the country life ever since. Her knowledge and barganing skills even got us a few extras that we did not expect! We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for their unicorn property or any property for that matter.
