5.0 star rating 3/6/2017 Kristie Aussubel at Presidential properties is amazing. Kristie put my Bay Village condo under agreement in just 7 days after I first contacted her. Here is what she accomplished; 7 days from going on the market to going under agreement @ the highest price per sq ft over the past 3 years and possibly ever in Bay Village. A cash offer, a three week close, and no contingencies. She took care of everything from smoke detector certification to acquiring all the necessary condo docs and communicated with the overseas buyer @ all hours of the day/night.
