When buying my home a few years ago I was moving from out of state and she did video chat tours of houses with me. She knew what I was looking for and she made sure to share if something seemed off about homes. She helped me find the perfect first home and was great with pulling the offer together. It was my first time buying a home and her expertise and knowledge really shone through throughout the process. I had such a great experience, I knew I wanted to work with her again when selling my home. Most recently when selling my home, she showcased her market knowledge as we discussed putting my house on the market - including market trends, comps, staging, etc. Kristi is highly professional and was very communicative when I had questions or concerns.
