Kristi is an excellent communicator and does all aspects of her job well. I was very happy with her.

Kristi knows the real estate market well and just what it takes to sell a house. She took me through all the steps of selling my home, supporting and encouraging me always. She helped me downsize and brought me someone to help sell many items on line. She was a cheerleader for me as I learned the ropes of electronic document signing. She sent her own photographers to get pictures of the outside of the house and the inside, and guided me in making my home ready for sale. We had a strong offer in one day. She communicated extremely well with the other agent and guided me through the inspections all the way to closing, always supportive and efficient and with a sense of humor.
