Kristi had my condo sold within six hours of our first meeting. We discussed a price to list. I signed the listing. She called another agent about another sale in the neighborhood. The agent had a client who wanted a condo in our area; an appointment was made, a showing took place, and the rest is history. It doesn't end there! Kristi took care of every detail of the sale. She hand carried paperwork from office to office. Kristi was there when the buyer did a walk through, and when she brought various contractors for services she planned to use.
