Where to begin !!! I knew Kristi years ago from our children's elementary school, so when she was recommended by a mutual friend to sell my MIL's winter condo, I felt a sense of relief!!! The property had been vacant for close to 10 years, and Kristi organized it to be cleaned, repaired, and ready for sale. We could not have done it without her. (We live in Cleveland, and the condo is in West Palm Beach) ... It would have been impossible for us to do it on our own....
