We purchased and built our house in 2016 from Kristi. Then with “friendly persuasion,” got my elderly parents to move from Michigan to FL and purchased a home from her that same year! She was so kind and patient with them as they asked her questions . She treated them with such respect and they absolutely loved her! She made them feel comfortable with what they were buying. She built a trust with our family that’s so important when making such a large purchase. When my parents had to move into an assisted living community, Kristi sold their home and got over asking price within 2 weeks . Her and her husband helped to repair a few things and were so helpful ! She priced the home so that it would get the most they could and where it would generate a lot of interest and offers. Kristi made it so easy for them to sign all the papers necessary by sending the title company to the assisted living community, which was so convenient! We would highly recommend Kristi for any of your realtor needs. She’s professional, honest, friendly and knowledgeable! She’s also been in real estate for many years from selling homes from builders to being independent so she’s very experienced. A realtor who really has your best interest at heart and will go out of her way to help you in any way that she can!
