Working with Kristi was amazing! She made our home buying process an absolute breeze! Right off the bat she was responsive and empathetic, which made her able to quickly understand what our needs, priorities and desired lifestyle were. For reference, we were not locals and because of our schedules and the current situation, our home buying process had to be almost entirely remote. She was incredibly accommodating and flexible to make our remote buying process happen, while making us feel super confident about our decisions. For first home buyers like us, her proactiveness in guiding and reassuring us through the several steps in the process, plus her diligence in promptly answering all of our questions, made a world of difference. You can definitely tell that Kristi is very experienced and has extensive local and market knowledge, but more importantly, an incredible work ethic. When virtually touring homes, she cared not only about the details that related to our preferences, but she was very skilled at pointing out both pros and cons about the different properties and locations, so that we could make more informed and confident decisions about pricing and offers (something incredibly valuable in this crazy seller's market). She wasn't just interested in selling a home that we liked, but she went the extra mile so that we could find a home that we loved! Furthermore, you can trust her (and her team) to keep in touch and continue the relationship even after closing (for local guidance and recommendations in terms of home maintenance, home services, contractors, activities, restaurants, shopping and more). To end this review with an even more positive note, we loved that Kristi and her team also work with local nonprofits and charities! After closing, they offered us to choose a local charity so that they could make a donation. How awesome is that? Thank you, Kristi!
