Kristi is not only an incredible agent, but an incredible person. We met by pure chance when looking at one of her listings, and she put us in touch with a lender that was way more fair than the bank we were planning to go through. Kristi helped us every single step of the way, didn't get annoyed with my texts in the evening over something or other that I just couldn't wait until the next morning to ask. She seemed to really care about my husband and I, not just as a way to sell a house but as people. Kindness and patience were the foremost qualities I noticed about her, especially since my husband and I were so green. Research only yields so much until you get out and Do the things you need to do.
