She knew my criteria and used that knowledge to tell buyers who were making offers that they needed to bring their A game and best price offer. Kristi gave this one on one attention even though I knew she had many other listings. I felt like I was her only listing because she made me feel that way. Kristi does such a fantastic job that I recommended her to my neighbor, who also was selling due to health circumstances.
