Kristi made a deal work for my mom who was out of state...literally OVERNIGHT!!! 3 PM My mom decides she will move to Bryan from CA and asked me to find a house 6 PM The owner was at the house and let me look around; they had decided to move back to the house and had a moving truck scheduled for 6AM the next morning! Kristi had to not only work fast, she also had to work with the realtor in California to send documents to my mom through me! Less than 24 hours later: Kristi worked a miracle and made sure this worked out for my mom. : ) Not only is Kristi effective, she is soooo fast as well. I couldn't have passed this test with flying colors like Kristi and she displays these positive characteristics consistently. Kristi took time when I needed it to review the inspector's report thoroughly. This was in the evening "after work" for her. There's no need to contact anyone other than Kristi!

Kristi goes above and beyond typical office hours to ensure lines of communication are always open and paperwork is done, done correctly, and submitted on time. She works diligently to keep in contact with buyers/sellers realtors, and is willing (if necessary) to be persistent in the event that other parties realtors are not being timely, open, or honest. She has created some wonderful discounts for civil servants, military families, and educators, which come out of her commission. She really has a heart for finding people on Home that they can love. Plus, she’s always kept in touch with us since. If I still lived in the state I would use her to buy and sell every property I could. And I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone that I know including family! She’s knowledgeable, and she stays up-to-date on changes and Laws and inspection quality. She’s better than good at what she does—she’s phenomenal!

As a first time home buyer I truly appreciated how patient Kristi was throughout the whole process. She answered every question, listened to all my needs/wants, and took me to see house after house until we found my perfect dream home!
