I would absolutely recommend Kristi Cousens a thousand times over! I enlisted her help to do a refresh and find a tenant for a rental property in Irvine. Since I live in LA County, Kristi assured me she would be my boots on the ground and my trips to Irvine would be limited. The renter we selected was anxious to move in and we set an ambitious schedule of completing our project in two weeks, over the holidays no less! Kristi delivered on every commitment! She has tremendous resources, was an excellent communicator, and we completed the refresh right on schedule. The unit looks terrific and our renter is very happy. Thank you Kristi!
