Kristi went above and beyond during the sale of our home. She demonstrated knowledge of the market. She helped navigate multiple offers and was always accessible. Kristi responded quickly to texts and voicemails. Not only is she professional in every aspect, she provided a calming presence during a potentially stressful time. I would highly recommend Kristi Cousens to anyone selling or purchasing a home.
