From the beginning, I knew that Kristi was the right realtor for me. There is no doubt that she understands the market and how to competitively price and prepare your home for sale. She gave us great advice and connected us with repair companies when needed to make sure our home was ready to go on the market. She recommended a staging company that made our house look amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always only a text or phone call away to answer any questions. Selling a home is complicated and I felt confident in Kristi to tell me what I needed to know and keep me on track for what I needed to do. We had a contract on our home after the 2nd showing! Which is uncommon in the current market. She along with her husband went well above her obligations with helping broker the deal and get the property ready for closing.
