Kristi went above and beyond!!! Our family relocated from out of state and asked a lot from her as far as flexibility and availability. She was available to show homes to my husband who was already in Ohio and with myself and kids when we would travel. In this fast selling market we lost a couple bids and felt discouraged but Kristi never wavered and continued searching for our forever home. We had a closing issues arise on our home out of state and she went well above and beyond to work with both title agencies to complete the close and save us thousands. She picked up where our selling agent dropped the ball! I will always remember her text telling me, "I will make it all work out". It is exactly what I needed to hear during the stressful closing process. She displayed great knowledge of real estate and it is evident how much she loves her job I hope this is our last move because I am absolutely in love with my home, but if it isn't I will definitely use Kristi again!!!!!
