We went to an open house where Kristi was working and from the moment we met her, we just clicked. She has an awesome personality and is well versed in the real estate market in Wilmington. We had a smaller budget than what this area is going for and we were also kinda picky. But with Kristi’s help, we were able to find a home in our budget, in our desired location AND within our square footage range. We were able to purchase the home we did because Kristi never gave up on our wants/needs.
