Kristen was fantastic; I changed my mind, moved cities, and changed jobs and Kristen took it all in stride. She took me to a million different places and talked me through all the different steps I would need to take as a first time home buyer. Friendly, on time, responded quickly, helped me through the most stressful experience of my life.
