Planning our upcoming retirement, our house sold too quickly in Wisconsin and we had to locate a home in the Orlando area where we were moving to be near our daughter and family. This required a flight to Florida while still working, quick touring of homes and facing a "bid war" in a sellers market. Kristen worked her heart out to find us our desired home in a short time frame, spending multiple hours on the phone, computer and touring with us and my daughter when we had to return to Milwaukee. Additionally, she formed a close bond with us. My job has required me to move continuously over the years and this was our 6th home purchase. We have had some excellent and some so-so realtors. Kristen is definitely at the top of the list.
