Kristen's experience in real estate and her delightful personality kept me hopeful that the right buyer was "out there." When I needed repair professionals, she knew who to contact and they responded quickly. That was a great comfort as timing is important is getting a house ready for marketing. I recommend Kristen Trest for your home buying and/or selling needs!
I used the Ebby app to look at the market for a year and knew what we wanted. The day I received funds from the sale on an out of town property a new listing came in and was exactly what we wanted. I called Kristen and she had a showing scheduled in less than 2 hours. Gave her earnest money and an offer. Kristen was emailing forms to sign at 10:30 that night so we could get our offer in before anyone else. Closed in 14 days. Whether you are selling or buying you will be so happy you chose Kristen.
My wife and I relocated to the Dallas area and worked with Kristen and Ebby Realtors to find an awesome home in Wylie. Kristen's knowledge of the area and housing market is the reason we found the right house. The entire process of looking at homes up through closing was very smooth and that is due to Kristen's expertise and promptness in all aspects of the process. I was expecting the home buying process to be lengthy and painful but working with Kristen made it feel very easy and stress free!
Kristen hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
