Fantastic Experience

I can't say enough great things about Kristen. She was super friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and she came to our first meeting with all of the market research done and ready for me to review. Her energy perfect for me. She had a great plan for marketing the house. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and we had a great offer in our hands the next day. The house was my Dad's and I was selling it for the estate. I live three hours away so tending to some of the details was challenging. Kristen stepped in to help me remove some of the things left in the house after the estate sale. That was so helpful. Kristen, I can't thank you enough! You made the process so easy and straightforward.
