Kristen has been amazing to work with throughout the selling process. We have worked with her in the purchase and sale of this home as well as looking at many other properties. She had our best interest at mind every time we looked at a property. We are sad that we have moved out of the area and will be unable to work with her as much as we have.

Kristen was capable and patient with us, willing to work with us at our pace. She communicated regularly, and never failed to answer a phone call or text in a timely manner. We appreciated everything she did for us. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

She really was amazing. Being so young and first time homebuyers especially after a pandemic was terrifying, but Kristen made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine a better experience and wouldn’t change anything about it, especially our agent!

Over the past 5 years I have worked with Kristen closing several real estate transactions, both as buyer and seller. I have 3 things to say about her. 1) Professional- 100%, Always 2)Thorough- She does not miss anything. 3)Knowledgeable- Kristen has incredible understating and knowledge about the real estate climate in the Chippewa Valley. Whether you are buying or selling, you will not find a better real estate agent. She will walk you through, step by step.

Kristen is quick and always makes sure all of your questions are answered in a timely manner. She is super knowledgeable - she knows what to do to get your home ready to sell for top dollar! So thankful we had her to help through the process.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, positive, always available. Made the process less stressful for us.

Kristen is great, as always! Everything is taken care of on her end all the time which is why we use her over and over again for listing and buying. Happy to have her as our agent, and now our friend!

Very knowledgeable and helpful

Highly recommend Kristen! Kristen Tomczak had great knowledge of the housing market, and she perfectly presented the house, which made it possible for us to have multiple offers and sold immediately for more than what we listed it at. She was an absolute joy to work with, making the entire process pleasant. She was available to answer our questions, concerns, and kept us updated at all times. Kristen definitely will be our realtor from now on! Thank you so much Kristen for helping us sell our house!

Kristen was professional, answered all my questions, and made the whole process of selling a home so simple! 100% recommend and will reach out when Im ready for another housing change!

Kristen was always just a text away and would respond with answers to our questions immediately. She also is so knowledgeable about the market and knew before even walking into our home what an ideal listing price would be. If you are looking to buy or sell a house give her a call she was amazing to work with!
