Simply put, Kristen is PHENOMENAL!! Her expertise and professionalism are unmatched. There were 9 total offers for the house we purchased and Kristen strategically structured our submission to make it as competitive as possible. The offer we submitted would not have been accepted had it not been for her guidance and research. In addition, Kristen sold our previous residence in 5 days and over our asking price… and with 3 other properties for sale on our street. If you’re looking for a top notch and well respected Realtor, look no further!!! Kristen is as good as it gets.
