I can't say enough positive things about working with Kristen. We have worked with her several times, once to sell our home a few years ago, and the other to represent us with our new build. Kristen is very professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. Dealing with a builder had many challenges and we were so grateful to have had Kristen on our side. Kristen was always available for us no matter what time or day and dealt with the builder's sales office and worked closely with us on the contract, making sure that we understood everything. And, when we did not, she was always there to walk us through it. She was there from the groundbreaking, all the way through the entire process of building, to the final closing. With both houses, Kristen was always detailed, provided documents and checklists for us to help us in the selling and buying of our homes, provided recommendations, and made sure we understood the process and contracts from start to finish. If it weren't for Kristen as our realtor, especially during our new build with Richmond American, I don't think we would have ever moved forward. I would highly recommend Kristen and have recommended her to family and friends who were/are looking to buy or sell their home. We will continue to use Kristen in our future real estate purchases.

Kristen is the most knowledgable relator we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She always has her clients best interest in mind and goes above and beyond. Kristen was well versed in all the areas/neighborhoods we were interested in and if there was any information or answers she did not know, she knew who to get the info from; she made sue she did not leave us with any questions.
