Kristen is the best!! Getting better than a good asking price = check! When looking for an agent to sell your home you probably want someone that will get you top dollar, right? Well Kristen excelled at doing that (we had multiple offers for over asking price), but this might have been the least impressive of all the things that she did. Knows other people and trades that will do quality work, quickly and for good rates = check, check! If you are selling a house and need second opinions from various trades people or have some repair that you need a quote on, Kristen seems to know all of the best people. No joke, she found a company that completed some work for us that was a savings of over $1,500 vs a first bid from a different company (and realtor). Kristen has found reliable people that do quality work for good prices and we are so thankful for her knowledge in this area. This saved our behind multiple times! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the process = check, check, check! Kristen was always professional, even when we hit a few bumps on the road with some difficult professionals during the process. This is one of the spots where Kristen's A+ NEGOTIATION SKILLS is truly on display. She maintains a professional demeanor at all times, even when I wanted to lose my top. Then she will fight for you to make sure that you are getting treated fairly and negotiate to make sure things are getting done right. If you are dealing with buying or selling a home, I cannot stress just how much of a relief it is to have Kristen on your side. Both my wife and I frequently discussed how thankful we were to have Kristen helping us. Kristen was always quick to respond to us, very timely in getting things done (we were always waiting for other people to finish their things!) and did a ton to help keep us calm during the otherwise stressful process.
